Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the tutoring and consultancy services provided by Indepth Education Services, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By booking a session you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself and the learner.

We provide personalised, one-to-one tutoring delivered in the learner's home, along with parent consultations, individualised learning resources, and educational support and representation.

All tutoring is one-to-one. We do not provide group tutoring or dedicated examination preparation.

Bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and payment periods are governed by our Booking Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Fees are agreed in writing before sessions begin and are payable in advance of each agreed period.

A parent or responsible adult must be present in the home for the full duration of every session.

You agree to provide a safe, quiet and suitable learning space, and to inform us of any medical, behavioural or learning needs relevant to the learner's support.

We are committed to the wellbeing and safety of every learner. Sessions are conducted professionally and respectfully at all times.

We reserve the right to end a session or discontinue services where a learner or tutor's safety, dignity or wellbeing is at risk.

Our approach focuses on building confidence and strong foundational skills. While we work diligently towards each learner's goals, specific academic grades or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Learning materials and resources are provided for the personal use of the enrolled learner only.

All materials, plans and website content remain the intellectual property of Indepth Education Services and may not be copied, resold or distributed without written permission.

Information you share with us, including learner assessments and family details, is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver and improve our services.

We do not sell personal information. Details are shared with third parties only where you request it or where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the sessions concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to current bookings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
